Terms of Service

1. Who runs this

Imagefy is operated by Siteboard SL, VAT ID ESB44717692, registered at Av. Cerdanyola 75, planta 1, 08172 Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain. You can reach us at hola@imagefy.ai.

2. Acceptance

Using Imagefy means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

3. What the Service does

Imagefy edits and generates images. Some tools run inside your browser; others run on our servers and cost credits.

We describe what each tool does as accurately as we can, but an AI result is not deterministic: we cannot promise a specific outcome for a specific image.

4. Your account

You need an account to download results. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has got in.

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.

5. What you may not do

You agree not to use Imagefy to:

• Upload images you have no right to use, or that infringe someone else's rights.
• Create sexual content involving minors, or content that impersonates a real person in order to deceive.
• Produce material that is unlawful, defamatory or that incites hatred or violence.
• Try to break, overload or work around the limits of the Service, or to extract our models.
• We may suspend an account that does any of this, and report it where the law requires.

6. Who owns what

Your images stay yours. Uploading them gives us only the permission we need to process them and show you the result — nothing else. We do not use them to train models.

The results you generate are yours to use, including commercially, once the credits are paid. Note that in many countries a purely AI-generated image may not be protected by copyright; that is the law, not our decision.

The site itself, its code, its brand and its designs belong to us.

7. Credits and prices

Paid tools consume credits. What each one costs is shown on the pricing page before you spend anything.

Credits do not expire. Prices include the applicable VAT and are shown before you pay.

If a job fails on our side, the credits are refunded automatically.

8. Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. The card is entered inside a Stripe frame and its number never reaches our servers.

The subscription renews monthly until you cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you already paid runs to its end.

9. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. That right is lost once digital content has been fully delivered with your prior express consent, which is what happens when you spend credits on a result.

Credits you have not spent are refundable within those 14 days. Write to us and we will return them.

10. Availability

We try to keep the Service up, but we do not promise it will never be down. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice when a change affects a paid plan.

11. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our own fault, as the law provides. We are not liable for the use you make of the results, nor for content you upload without holding the rights to it.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or European law.

12. Law and disputes

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence, and you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
